This book is written for anyone exposed to hardship, emotional pain, crisis, trauma or for those with the following emotional symptoms:
Shock, denial, disbelief, confusion, difficulty concentrating, anger, irritability, mood swings, anxiety, fear, guilt, shame, self-blame, withdrawing from others, feeling sad or hopeless and feeling disconnected or numb.

  1. I’ve been to 2 workshops and thoroughly enjoyed it. I bought a book Thoughts of Perfection. By the 2nd day I completed reading the book and started practicing the first affirmation and it works. I have gone through quite a few up till now. Jazakallah.
