What To Expect In A
A typical one-on-one breathwork session begins with a conversation about where you’re feeling stuck, what you want to get clear on, or what you want to let go of. From there, I will guide you into an Alpha state and the Kundulini breath process. I then teach you various breathing patterns which you’ll practice while I guide you on your healing journey.
I use my intuition and 7+ years’ experience with Breath-work, Mindfulness, NLP, Positive Psychology, hypnotherapy and some ancient spiritual modalities to support you in moving dense energy and opening your heart. Each session is different and unique to you and your journey. In addition to breath-work we will use symbolic hand and finger gestures (mudras) to assist the flow of energy in the body while enhancing the breath-work journey.
