The breath-work team building session takes place at Newlands forrest. It offers businesses a time-efficient way to energize teams and have them acquire techniques to deal successfully with stress.

Interactive instruction in breathing exercises and uplifting and entertaining “active” meditation breathing practices. Including breathing techniques for, feeling tired, or feeling over-anxious, or nervous. The mind is out of control, overcoming compulsive eating, breathing to assist in fasting and breathing to speed up healing in your body. 

Participants also learn how to use the full capacity of their natural breathing system to help them feel more energized, lighter, positive, calmer and clearer. The corporate breathing seminar helps participants with gaining greater awareness: clarity in decision making, leveraging their natural skill set, and a better connection with themselves.
