Close your eyes, breathe into your heart, hold your breath, and focus on your heart. 

Try and find your heartbeat; keep your focus on your heart for 20 seconds. 

Breathe out slowly. Keep your hand on your heart, and connect to the energy in your heart. 

Now imagine that you are filling your entire body with this energy, from head to toe. 

Put a smile on your face and send the same power into the world around you.
