AS YOU BREATHE IN, FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION ON THE TIPS OF YOUR FINGERS, THEN EXHALE WHILE FOCUSING ON YOUR ARMS. REPEAT THIS PROCESS 5 TIMES OR LONGER.

Your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs are all part of your inner world; more than that, it is the key to creating a fantastic outer World. When you pay close attention to these three essential aspects of your inner world, you begin to experience an abundance of joy.

Your ability to notice a subtle change to your feelings is a helpful skill to develop, you can do this by being mindful of your experiences. With practice, you can get better at recognizing momentary and subtle feelings. Your intuition, empathy, and creativity depend on you being mindful of your feelings. When a lousy feeling arises, know that you can change this feeling, all you have to do is change your body language in a positive way. Hold the following victory pose for 2 minutes

After 2 minutes, you have no choice but to feel good, try it out and see what I mean. 

The next thing to do is enhance your compassion. 

Compassion is the capacity to relate to ourselves and others in a non-judgmental and caring way. Begin with being compassionate with yourself. Try the following:

While touching your throat with your right index finger and thumb, say, “I love myself more and more each day.”

Touch your heart and say, “Today, I expand my heart out to others.” 

“May everybody be well, and may they be happy.” 

When it comes to thoughts, I found that affirmations work best for changing harmful thinking into a positive mentality. One of my favorites at the moment is “Everything I need in life is right here right now” this affirmation brings me back to the current moment, and I begin to feel peaceful. 

Put these skills into practice, break away from your usual mental habits and patterns, and create an entirely different experience for yourself.
