Focused breathing allows you to move life force energy to various parts of your body, it is done using the breath, the eyes and or the attention. Focused breathing allows you to raise your vibration so that your body and mind can rest and digest all that is happening around you.
Here are a few of the exercises, try them out and enjoy the energy that’s generated.
Breathe in through your nose while focusing your attention on your fingers (palms facing upwards) As you exhale change your focus to your arms, look at your left arm and then your right arm and continue switching your focus between the arms for as long as you can exhale. Pause for a few seconds to pay attention to the feeling that’s being generated in your fingers and arms. This exercise enables you to breathe energy into your fingers and move the energy to the arms.
You can move energy from one hand to the next by breathing in while focusing on your right hand. As you exhale, change the focus to your left hand. Repeat this at least 3 times.
With a smile on your face, breathe into your heart and as you exhale, focus on your feet. This will ground you energetically to the Earth.
Breathe in and focus on your entire head, do not exhale yet, breathe in again and focus on your heart. Exhale slowly and focus on your entire body.
Think abundance and know that everything you need will come into your life at its appointed time.
SAY: I have the ability to do what I need to do when I need to do it. I have so much to share and so much to spare, my life is filled with an abundance of love, peace and joy. I am unconditionally abundant, abundance flows to me whenever I need it. I am surrounded by abundance. I am abundance; my life is full of abundance. I am thankful, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Join your ring finger and your thumb on both hands, focus all of your attention on your heart and say the following words in your mind.
Repeat this for as long as you need to, trust your instincts, you will know when it is time to stop.
While focusing on your heart say: (Your first name) is Abundant – repeat for 30 seconds
While focusing on your heart say: (Your full name and surname) is abundant – repeat for 30 seconds
Close your eyes and say: (Your full name and surname) is abundant – repeat for 30 seconds.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, close your eyes; exhale and say thank you 7 times, open your eyes and continue this process for 3 minutes.
What are you excited about?
Say: I am excited about… (Whatever comes to mind?)
If nothing comes to mind, no worries; read on.
There are a lot of things to be excited about; like your next breath. Yes, your next breath, the fact that you can breathe right now is exciting; don’t take that for granted. Take a moment to be excited about the next breath you take. Go ahead and say the following: I am excited about the next breath I am about to take; say it with excitement. Breathe in and breathe out. This will generate an amazing feeling because you chose to be excited about it.
I encourage you to try this again. Remember, the excitement begins with the feeling inside of you. Imagine this to be the most important moment of your life. Say: I am excited about my next breath, as you breathe in feel the energy of excitement. Breathe in and breathe out. Enjoy.
If you cannot find something to be excited about……get a pen and paper and write down the following: I am excited about…. Wait for an answer. Your subconscious mind will provide the answer. The first time I did this, something amazing transpired. I wrote something that I would not have thought about had I not done this exercise. I encourage you to try it out.
Create an excitement list and say your excitement phrases daily.
I am so excited, life is amazing,
The ancient poet Virgil wrote: Love overcomes all obstacles. You can interpret this in many ways but for now, I’d like to direct your attention to the love within. Breathe in and as you exhale imagine a stream of love flowing out of your heart and into the rest of the World.
If you don’t feel any love right now, try the following:
Put your hand on your heart and breathe in through your nose, hold your breath for 10 seconds while focusing all your attention on your heartbeat. Do this for 2 minutes.
Keep your hand on your heart, breathe into your heart and in your mind say, love. Breathe out, continue breathing like this for 1 minute.
Touch your throat and say I love myself more and more each day.
Imagine the 5-year-old version of yourself standing in front of you, breathe in and as you exhale imagine a stream of love flowing out of your heart and into the heart of the 5-year-old version of yourself. Say I love you (your name)
You are now ready to send love into the rest of the World: Remember YOU ARE LOVE.
Smile while breathing in and as you exhale imagine a stream of love flowing out of your heart and into the rest of the World.
Make this a daily practice.
Lots of Love

Kindness in words is one of the most powerful energies, when you speak with kindness you create an environment of confidence and unconditional love. Kindness releases feel-good hormones, eases anxiety, reduces stress and its good for your heart. When you witness an act of kindness your body releases Oxycontin also called the “love hormone” which aids in lowering blood pressure and improves overall heart health. These are all amazing benefits, so how can you benefit from this on a daily basis?
Try the following:
Smile, and say hello to random people. More importantly, always show a smile to those you love.
When in a queue to buy something, pay for the person behind you. A coffee shop scenario comes to my mind but there are many other opportunities for this.
Leave a short note for someone you love, these days handwritten words mean allot.
Allow another driver to merge into your lane with a beautiful smile on your face.
Share a book.
Praise others as often as possible.
Create a care package for someone not feeling well.
Find opportunities to give compliments
Bring treats for your co-workers
Offer to babysit without wanting anything in return.
Give up a good parking spot.
Allow someone to go in front of you in a line.
Make some of these a daily habit by simply telling yourself each morning “Today I will focus on being kind”
Look for the kindness opportunities and remember what you practice grows stronger.
More importantly, be kind to yourself.
Loving Kindness is a wish that everyone is happy and when you radiate this feeling to the rest of the World you begin to generate healing energy for yourself and for those around you.
